Each Wednesday, El Bandito and I host trivia at Linda’s downstairs on Franklin St. in Chapel Hill. There’s beer specials, and you’ll generally find between some keen teams of fact-hounds competing for prizes and pride.  It starts at 8 PM, there’s no smoking, and if you don’t have fun, I promise you I will stand idly by as you punch El Bandito in the face.

All of these turkeys were asked in regular competition. To qualify for the hall, a question must meet one or more of the following criteria:

• No team answered any part of the question correctly.
• When the question was asked, the host was booed by at least half the crowd.
• When the answer was given, the host was booed by at least half the crowd.
• Five or more team answers were derogatory, insulting, or defaming towards the host. Cards that make fun of Duran Duran are included in this category, since, by extension, cards making fun of Duran Duran are really making fun of the host and his great love of Duran Duran.
