Much to my surprise, my NaPoWriMo blog has generated a couple of comments. Well, that’s nice. I didn’t expect to see any.

I have the day off. After I finish writing some comments on student poems, I’ll probably start with the usual shenanigans– my own work. NaPoWriMo has been something of a failure for me in terms of new content. I’m really hating everything I have worked on thus far. However, it has stirred up some thoughts about revision, and I spent significant time on two older poems. One has gone from 14 lines to over 30, and is still in the process of creeping larger. It’ll come back down, no doubt, but I’m quite pleased about it for now because expansion is not my usual m.o.

Also, think I’ll try hooking my Google Talk into Trillian.
