The process of putting together a book is somewhat exasperating, but wholly rewarding when you look at the final proof and think, “This is done.” I’m going to spend some more time with it tonight, just exercising whatever ridiculous degree of compulsion is left; the author and designer have both signed off on it and are ready to go. So, it’s very likely that the book is headed to the printer tomorrow. Ye Gods.

Release date for bookstores is December 5, though we’ll have web pre-ordering up for it as early as tomorrow.

Inch 2 should be printed the weekend after Thanksgiving and will hit the streets the same day as the book. This is really just so that we only make one trip to each bookstore locally.
